das-Nano and GRACE project: Newsletter No.1/2020 published

Table of contents

A new edition of GRACE newsletter has been recently published where the most recent advances within this European project are discussed.

Below two of the latest achievements that bring us and our partners closer to the objective of this project:

  1. Two open access Good Practice Guides are almost ready to be released, focused on the electrical characterization of graphene using contact methods and non-contact methods, respectively.
  2. A new paper has been published in the journal Scientific Reports originated from the research and work developed within GRACE project.

The manuscript entitled “Towards standardisation of contact and contactless electrical measurements of CVD graphene at the macro-, micro- and nano-scale” shows strong agreement between different characterization methods and demonstrates that standardized electrical measurements for graphene are feasible [1].
