CIEMAT (Spanish Center for Energy, Environmental and Technological Research) has presented two scientific posters in the 13th Spanish Conference on Electron Devices in Sevilla on 9th June, which are co-authored by das-Nano. The posters deal with graphene-based devices, whose conductivity has been characterised with das-Nano’s ONYX system. Have a look at them and learn a little bit more about ONYX capabilities.
