Business Development Manager | High Technology

What we need

We are looking for a new hire  for our commercial team. To be more precise we need a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER that participates and develops all the commercial strategy of our products..

What we need from you

We are a company that belongs to the Das Nano Group, dedicated to providing industrial solutions for automotive/aerospace/semiconductors using high end proprietary technology from Terahercio and that has its headquarters in Navarra, Spain. Integrated within the Terahercio team and reporting directly to the Director of the specific Business Development Unit, you will perform, in a non-limiting and non-exhaustive way, the following functions:
  • Performing all the functions of the products life cycle:
    • Search, contact and active follow up with the leads.
    • Make visits and presentations.
    • Presentation of tenders.
    • Client negotiations.
  • Competitive surveillance in the terahertz technology sector.
  • Actively participate in the Marketing and Business development strategy.
  • Be in high contact with the technology department to incorporate the business and client needs to the  products development roadmap. Support in the preparation of reports, technical-commercial documents, tenders studies and presentations, as well provide aid to all commercial action derivative from clients interaction.
  • Actively participate in the face-to-face and digital marketing actions, as well assist to fairs and events.

Our wish list

If everything you have read fits you, we would like you to meet this requirements:   
    • Qualifications: Higher training cycle/university degree related to the position and functions.
    • Experience:  + of 5 years in similar positions of commercial development and sales.
    • Languages: Advanced English (C1) and very valuable knowledge in German and/or French. 
    • Skills: Initiative, proactive,  no micromanagement, communication, goal oriented, flexible, negotiations skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Also, if you meet any of this Technical Skills would be awesome:
    • Interest in sales of technical nature.
    • Knowledge of CRM such as Zoho or similar.
