Location: Ideally based in Navarra (Pamplona). Commercial role focused on the U.S. market and international business development support.

As global leaders in Terahertz technology, we are seeking an International Business Development Manager to lead our strategic expansion in the Americas—with a primary focus on the U.S. market—targeting sectors such as Automotive, Aerospace, Advanced Manufacturing, and new industrial verticals.
You will be a key figure in market entry, building solid, consultative relationships with major accounts through a technical, client-focused, and long-term vision.
- Lead commercial development in the North American market, building high-level consultative relationships with key accounts.
- Manage an active pipeline of opportunities, generating value through technical expertise and a customer-centric approach.
- Identify new business opportunities and open markets in strategic sectors beyond automotive.
- Represent das-Nano at face-to-face meetings, trade shows, and international events (estimated travel: 2 weeks per month).
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to tailor our solutions to specific client and industry needs.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a similar technical field is highly valued, combined with a strong commercial mindset.
- Experience: Ideally, previous experience in business development within the S. market.
- Sector Expertise: Background in B2B sales for industrial environments (Automotive, Electronics, Manufacturing, or similar).
- Languages: Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory, along with a deep understanding of North American business culture.
- Sales Approach: Proven ability in consultative selling, focusing on long-term value creation rather than transactional sales.
