The GRACE project is moving forward and the 3rd edition of their periodic newsletter has been published.
das-Nano collaborates on this project, developing electrical characterization methods for future graphene electronics, such as Terahertz technology used by the ONYX device.
Newsletter. No. 3 includes a report on the Industry Friendly Workshop, which took place at the Graphene Week in September 2019 and the 83 IEC General Meeting held in Shanghai in October 2019.
Furthermore, the first two deliverables of the project have been published. These documents are the basis for the Good Practice Guides for the measurement of the electrical properties of graphene that will be released in mid-2020 by GRACE consortium.
