Congratulations again to our THz team! A new scientific article has been published in collaboration with das-Nano in Nature Research, an open-access journal with a high impact factor.
“Mapping the conductivity of graphene with Electrical Resistance Tomography” is the title of the published manuscript in which the authors characterized the electrical conductivity of large-area graphene samples by performing ERT, vdP and scanning terahertz time-domain spectroscopy (TDS).
This last technique is performed using Onyx, the THz-based device developed by Das-Nano for the inspection of graphene and 2D materials which allows obtaining a rapid and accurate map of the electrical properties of 2D materials.
