das-Nano, an Associated Member of the Graphene Flagship, has been included in the Graphene Flagship Annual Report 2021.
Every year, the Graphene Flagship disseminates its Annual Report, summarising the achievements and key results of its projects and activities.
The annual report for this past year, 2021, presents the most exciting developments for them, and das-Nano and its technology are among them.
das-Nano co-led the drafting of the IEC technical specification 62607-6-10:2021, in line with its commitment to terahertz technology standardisation.
Our project manager at das-Nano, Elena Taboada, received the 1906 IEC award in recognition of her outstanding individual commitment to the development of this document.
Published by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), this technical specification deals with the measurement of sheet resistance of graphene-based materials by terahertz time-domain spectroscopy. The method can be used for statistical process control, comparing graphene films produced by different suppliers, or obtaining information on microscale imperfections. das-Nano Onyx – the first system on the market intended for the non-destructive, fast characterization of graphene and other materials’ electrical properties using Terahertz waves – complies with IEC TS 62607-6-10.
