DTU and das-Nano demonstrate the equivalence between terahertz time-domain and electrical van der Pauw measurements of graphene conductivity.
das-Nano’s Onyx (Terahertz measurements) offers the advantages of being contactless, high throughput, no lithography required, and provides a spatial map of the entire sample revealing the presence of any inhomogeneities.
